President Bush to Deliver Keynote Speech at Washington Conference

Washington DC, April 28, 2008—Convening President Bush, President Torrijos of Panama, and cabinet-level government representatives from the Western Hemisphere, the 38th Washington Conference on the Americas will focus on stimulating regional growth and development in an increasingly globalized world. The conference will take place Wednesday, May 7 at the U.S. Department of State.
