And the attention for Peruvian food just keeps coming. Catalan chef Ferran Adrià spoke with the Americas Society/Council of the Americas online managing editor Carin Zissis about his plans to work in partnership with Telefónica to turn his world-famous restaurant El Bulli into a creative and culinary think tank. In the interview, he mentioned that Peru, out of all the world’s countries, is currently experiencing something of a socio-cultural revolution based on its cuisine.
